Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor
These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern sweepstakes-style promotions offered in connection with the Golden Dragon experience (the “Promotion” or “Promotions”) accessible via playgd.mobi and related pages (the “Platform”).
Sponsor: Black Diamond Group, the business entity operating Golden Dragon promotions, 1908 Thomes Ave STE 64123, Cheyenne, WY 82001 (“Sponsor”).
Platform access, identity, entry recording, and Alternative Method of Entry tooling are provided in connection with Tierlock, LLC (“Tierlock”). Tierlock provides software and infrastructure and does not itself operate Sponsor’s games or Promotions. Tierlock does not provide legal advice and does not certify that any Promotion is lawful in any jurisdiction.
2. Agreement to the Rules
By accessing the Platform or participating in any Promotion, you agree to these Rules, Sponsor’s terms, and any Tierlock end-user terms that apply to your account. If you do not agree, do not participate.
3. Eligibility
- Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Excluded territories: California, Connecticut, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, and Tennessee, and any other jurisdiction where the Promotion is prohibited.
- Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and immediate household members may be ineligible as Sponsor designates.
- Participation may require age verification, identity verification (KYC), geolocation checks, and sanctions/fraud screening through Tierlock or its vendors.
4. Promotion Period
Unless a specific Promotion states otherwise, Golden Dragon Promotions are ongoing and may open, close, or change prize pools from time to time. Each discrete Promotion may publish its own start/end times, prize details, and entry caps. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end a Promotion as permitted by law and these Rules.
5. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning relative to free methods of entry, including the Alternative Method of Entry described below.
6. How to Enter
6.1 Platform play / standard entry
Eligible participants may create or access an account through the Platform and obtain entries according to the rules of each Promotion (for example, gameplay that awards sweepstakes entries or promotional credits under Sponsor’s configuration).
6.2 Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — Tierlock TEU (built into the game)
Golden Dragon supports a genuine free Alternative Method of Entry through Tierlock’s TEU (Tierlock Entry Unit), which is integrated into the game/platform experience.
- What a TEU is: A Tierlock-issued entry token that authorizes access/entry with the same rights as other valid entries for Promotions open on the Platform at the time of use.
- Free acquisition: Tierlock maintains a system by which Members may acquire TEUs without cost. You may become a Tierlock Member and obtain TEUs without paying Tierlock or anyone else.
- Equal treatment: A valid, non-expired TEU presented by a Tierlock Member is accepted for entry into Promotions available on the Operator Site at the time of entry, with the same rights and privileges as entries obtained by other permitted methods. Paid or purchase-linked activity does not improve odds versus a TEU/AMOE entry for the same Promotion.
- Daily acceptance: Consistent with Tierlock’s operator requirements, the Platform is configured to accept at least one (1) TEU per day as the equivalent of a single entry into promotional sweepstakes contests made available through the Operator Site, without additional cost or obligation to the Member (subject to each Promotion’s stated limits and eligibility).
- How to request free AMOE / TEU access: Use the free TEU / AMOE flow inside the Tierlock-powered game experience (in-app / in-lobby controls provided by Tierlock). Follow on-screen instructions to request your free entry unit. For help, visit Tierlock for Players.
- Recordkeeping: Tierlock’s TEU engine records method of entry and related events for compliance logging. Sponsor remains responsible for its Rules, disclosures, and legal compliance.
- AMOE / TEU entry is not available in Excluded Territories or where otherwise prohibited.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or otherwise non-compliant entries may be void. Sponsor and Tierlock may reject or reverse entries suspected of abuse.
6.3 Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — Mail-In Request
In addition to the Tierlock TEU method above, you may request free entries by mail. No purchase necessary.

Include your full name, your email address, and a request for free entries in your letter. Once we receive your letter, we'll email you back a Golden Dragon account with 10 free entries.

7. Prizes, Odds, and Redemption
- Prize types, amounts, and availability are as stated for each Promotion in the Platform or related disclosures.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and the mechanics of the applicable Promotion.
- Prizes may be subject to verification, KYC, geolocation, and anti-fraud checks before release.
- Where Tierlock prize-funding features are used, advertised prizes may be funded before entries open under Tierlock’s configured process; settlement is initiated when the operator system reports a win under the applicable rules.
- Winners are responsible for any taxes and for providing information required for tax reporting.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners are determined by the applicable game or Promotion mechanics as configured by Sponsor on the Platform. Outcomes are generated by the operator’s game system; Tierlock records reported results and related settlement events but does not adjudicate game outcomes. Winners may be notified in-app, by account message, or by contact information on file, and may be required to complete verification within a stated time or forfeit the prize.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize may constitute permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor.
- Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to the Promotion.
- Released Parties (Sponsor, Tierlock, and their affiliates, vendors, and agents) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; network or device failures; or unauthorized human intervention.
- Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of a Promotion may result in disqualification and other remedies.
11. Limitation of Liability / Release
By participating, you release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance/use, to the fullest extent permitted by law. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.
12. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Platform or Promotions is handled under applicable privacy notices for Sponsor and, where relevant, Tierlock and its identity vendors (including screening and geolocation data used for eligibility).
13. Disputes
Except where prohibited, these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Missouri, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where prohibited.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Rules is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
